TERMS & CONDITIONS

By reserving a date at the Ogunquit Beach House, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Reservations must be booked through our online website at www.ogunquitbeachhouse.com or by contacting the owner at 401-487-2670.

  2. Rates vary according to season, holidays, availability and demand.

  3. Rates listed are for in-season times which runs from Memorial Day through labor day weekend. For any other rates, please contact the owner.

  4. In Season, is rented weekly only. From 2pm on Saturday of check-in until the following Saturday at 10am.

  5. 50% of Payment is due at the time of booking. Personal checks, cash, and money orders are accepted.

  6. Thirty days (30) before your arrival date, the remaining balance plus a $300 security deposit will be due to confirm both your arrival and your reservation.

  7. There are NO REFUNDS for cancellation.

  8. Check in will be on your assigned day after 2pm. The owner or a representative will meet you on property to give you a tour, keys and anything else you may need.

  9. Check out will be by 10am, you and your guests need to be off property by 10am. Parking is not permitted on the property after your checkout.

  10. Property shall be left in the same condition as found. Dishes & Laundry shall be cleaned and replaced after your visit.

  11. Refunds of your security deposit will be made within 10 days of your checkout providing that the house is left in the same condition as when you checked in.

  12. Maximum number of persons allowed on property must be listed in your lease agreement.

  13. Smoking is not permitted at the Ogunquit Beach House (OBH)

  14. Pets are not permitted at the OBH.
